Chicken Thighs with Curry and Coconut Milk
- 1kg chicken THIGHs
- 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 4.5 large potatoes
- coconut milk
- chicken stock
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. Curry
Clean chicken THIGHs with lemon. Then cut them into pieces.
