Chicken Thighs with Curry and Coconut Milk

  • 1kg chicken THIGHs
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4.5 large potatoes
  • coconut milk
  • chicken stock
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Curry

Clean chicken THIGHs with lemon. Then cut them into pieces.
