Crab & Chicken Cake

  • 300 g of Vici Crab Sticks
  • 1 pack of chopped yeast frozen dough
  • 2 Cocorico chicken thighs
  • 250g greens sweetcorn corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion
  • Spices: salt, curry, basil, pepper, dried parsley
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh dill

Defrost the frozen dough and lay the bottom and edges of the baking mold.

As the dough rises, cook chicken thighs.

Scrub skin from the hairs.

Chicken chopped and cooked in a pan with finely chopped onion.

Spice up everything: a pinch of salt, curry, basil, parsley.

Slice the VIČI crab sticks, mix it with corn, fried chicken and put everything in a baking dish.

Pour everything in a well-kneaded egg and cover the top with a layer of frozen dough.

Bake in a 200-degree oven for about 20 minutes until everything is beautifully browning.

Served with sauce – sour cream mixed with finely chopped dill.
