Chicken with mustard

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken 1.3 kg
  • 15 cloves of garlic in shirt
  • 2 Cores
  • 10 Small potatoes
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • olive oil
  • 1 jar of sweet and sour mustard
  • 2 Pots chicken stock
  • 25 cl of water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Wash and peel carrots and potatoes. Cut the carrots lengthwise and the potatoes in 2.

In a baking dish, place a drizzle of olive oil in the bottom of the dish. Add the potatoes, carrots, cloves of garlic in shirt and the bouquet garni. Place the chicken in the center of the dish.

Brush the chicken with mustard (do not hesitate to put in a lot it will give even more taste to the meat). Add a good fillet of olive oil to the chicken and vegetables.

Place the dish in the oven and cook for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes add the water and the 2 pots of chicken broth.

Re – bake 45 minutes. Your chicken with mustard is ready to be tasted.
