Cheddar Cheese Potato Dippers

Ingredients

– Butter – 2 Tbsp

– Flour – 2 Tbsp

– Milk – 2 cups

– 1-2 cups cubed cheddar cheese

– Salt and Pepper to taste

– Schwartz Garlic powder

– 1 pkt Wernsing potato dippers

Instructions

1) On medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan and add garlic granules.

2) Slowly stir in flour until the mixture is smooth.

3) Slowly pour in milk, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until sauce thickens.

4) Add salt and pepper to taste.

5) Add cheddar cheese and stir into mixture until the cheese melts.

4) Crisp some pancetta and serve with some potato dippers.
