Hash Brown, Cheese & Egg Bake

Ingredients

– 1 pkt Wernsing frozen hash browns

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella

– 1 pkt pancetta

– 1 onion, diced

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup milk

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon mustard

– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish.
2) Arrange frozen hash browns in the dish, in a single layer, and sprinkle the cheeses, cooked onions and pancetta evenly over the top.
3) In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard, and garlic powder; pour evenly over the pancetta mixture.
4) Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until the edges are golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
5) Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, then cut into portions and serve🫶
