Ingredients
  • 1 cup Darta peppers
  • 1 cup Darta peas
  • Handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 meat balls
  • 1 pita to serve

  1. Add the peas and peppers to a frying pan on medium heat, and saute with some olive oil and your preferred herbs and spices.
  2. Add a cup of water to steam the vegetables.
  3. Add the meatballs to the pan, cooking them until brown on all sides and cooked through.
  4. Serve with a side of pita.
