Crispy Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
Tacos:
- 6 Beyond Chicken Tenders
- 6 flour tortillas (warmed)
- 6 tbsp of pickled onions (prepared)
- 1 avocado (cut into very thin slices)
Plant-based Cilantro Lime Aioli:
- ½ cup plant-based mayo
- 4 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice

1. Air fry your Beyond Chicken Tenders at 180 degrees C for 5 minutes.
2. While your Beyond Chicken Tenders are frying, mix together the mayo, cilantro and lime juice for your aioli. Set to the side.
3. Once the tenders are ready, place 3 warm tortillas onto two flat plates. Stuff each tortilla with one tender. Top each taco with pickled onion, sliced avocado and drizzle each taco with the aioli.
