Beyond Stroganoff
Ingredients
2 packages of Beyond Sausage
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
200 grams mushrooms, coarsely chopped
300 grams tagliatelle
3 tsp smoked paprika powder
150 ml vegetable stock
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
200 ml (vegetable) crème fraîche
juice 1/2 lemon
Instructions
Cut the sausages into pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the sausages for about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
Add the paprika powder, stock and mustard to the sausages and let cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add the crème fraîche and lemon juice and stir well. Heat for 2 minutes.
Stir in the tagliatelle and serve.
