Beyond Steak Fried Rice
Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
Fav veg: pepper, onion, carrot, bok choy
1-2 tbs kimchi (optional)
Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbs honey
1 tsp chilli sauce

- Heat oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger.
- Add the Beyond Steak.
- Cook until crispy.
- Add all chopped vegetables and stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- Add the rice and kimchi.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together and add to the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper, mix well and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions, and sesame seeds and serve hot. Enjoy!
