Beyond Steak Fried Rice

Ingredients

Beyond Steak
2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
Fav veg: pepper, onion, carrot, bok choy
1-2 tbs kimchi (optional)

Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbs honey
1 tsp chilli sauce

  1. Heat oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger.
  3. Add the Beyond Steak.
  4. Cook until crispy.
  5. Add all chopped vegetables and stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
  6. Add the rice and kimchi.
  7. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and add to the pan.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with spring onions, and sesame seeds and serve hot. Enjoy!
