Drunken Noodles with Crispy Tofu

  • Lord of Tofu Westernstyle Tofu

  • Udon noodles

  • 1 Spring onion, sliced

  • 1 Garlic clove, minced

  • Small piece of Ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

  • 1 tsp Chilli oil

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 1 tsp Maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar

  1. Crisp the Tofu: Crumble the Lord of Tofu using your hands and cook in the air fryer or oven for about 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.

  2. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, chilli oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Cook the Noodles: Boil the udon noodles for 1–2 minutes, then drain.

  4. Combine: Stir the noodles into the sauce until evenly coated.

  5. Serve: Top with crispy tofu and extra spring onion for a perfect finish.
