Instructions
Try out these dumplings in a sticky and delicious Teriyaki sauce for a wonderful Asian lunch or dinner. Feel free to choose your favorites from Vici Gyoza dumplings.
  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and boil the beans for 1 minute. Drain.
  2. Slice the carrot into thin pieces; set aside with beans.

  3. Mix teriyaki sauce with water, garlic and ginger in a bowl.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan. Pour in the frozen dumplings (in one layer if possible). Cook for about 3 minutes until the underside is golden. Turn and fry on the other side. Add water carefully and a pinch of salt, then simmer the dumplings for 3 minutes.

  5. By now most of the water should be absorbed by the dumplings. Remove pan from heat. On the same or another pan add the remaining 2 tbsp oil and fry mushrooms, beans and carrot slices for 3‑4 minutes.

  6. Add dumplings and sauce to the vegetables, stir gently for a few minutes so everything is coated.

  7. Garnish with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds, to taste.
