1 zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp honey
Loaded Hashbrowns & Dippers

Beyond Sausage & Zucchini Kebab
- Chop the sausages into 1-inch pieces.
- With a peeler, make thick zucchini shavings.
- Assemble the kebabs, threading sausage and zucchini alternately onto skewers.
- Mix in a small bowl the olive oil, paprika, and honey.
- Brush the kebabs with the mixture.
- Cook on the BBQ for 5–7 minutes on each side.
Loaded Hashbrowns & Dippers
- For the loaded hash browns, cook in the oven or air fryer until golden brown.
- Top with your favorite toppings, and give it an extra 2–3 minutes in the oven for the cheese to melt.
- Add a side of potato dippers to the meal and serve with guacamole.
