1 pkt Beyond Mini Sausages
1 zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp honey

Loaded Hashbrowns & Dippers

Wernsing Hash Browns
Toppings optional: cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes

Beyond Sausage & Zucchini Kebab

  1. Chop the sausages into 1-inch pieces.
  2. With a peeler, make thick zucchini shavings.
  3. Assemble the kebabs, threading sausage and zucchini alternately onto skewers.
  4. Mix in a small bowl the olive oil, paprika, and honey.
  5. Brush the kebabs with the mixture.
  6. Cook on the BBQ for 5–7 minutes on each side.

Loaded Hashbrowns & Dippers

  1. For the loaded hash browns, cook in the oven or air fryer until golden brown.
  2. Top with your favorite toppings, and give it an extra 2–3 minutes in the oven for the cheese to melt.
  3. Add a side of potato dippers to the meal and serve with guacamole.
