Ingredients
  • 400g Puuls Shrimps

  • 100g Darta Peas

  • 2 Eggs

  • 100g Oat flour

  • 1 Red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp Paprika powder

  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

For the Sauce:
  • Greek yoghurt

  • Mustard

  • Mixed herbs

  • Olive oil

  1. Blend & Mix: In a food processor, combine shrimp, peas, eggs, onion, and seasonings. Blend until well mixed but still slightly chunky.

  2. Add Flour: Stir in oat flour and chopped parsley until you get a firm, scoopable mixture.

  3. Shape & Bake: Form into patties and place on a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20–25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

  4. Serve Hot: Enjoy with a fresh side salad or wrap them up for an easy meal on the go!

  5. Sauce: Mix the sauce ingredients together and drizzle over your patties for a creamy, tangy finish.
