Blend & Mix: In a food processor, combine shrimp, peas, eggs, onion, and seasonings. Blend until well mixed but still slightly chunky.

Add Flour: Stir in oat flour and chopped parsley until you get a firm, scoopable mixture.

Shape & Bake: Form into patties and place on a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20–25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
