Shrimp Toast

Ingredients

– Half a pkt PUULs pink shrimps x 500g

– 1/2 red onion, finely diced

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– Some slices of sandwich bread

Instructions

1) Preheat your oven at 200 degrees.
2) Finely chop the shrimp. Set a side.
3) In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped shrimp, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, salt and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
4) Start assembling your sandwiches. Add about 1 tablespoon of shrimp mixture on top of each slice and spread the mixture evenly to the edges.
5) Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
