Seafood Curry

Ingredients

– 2 tsp Schwartz ground coriander

– 1 tsp Schwartz ground cumin

– 1 tsp Schwartz chilli powder

– 1 tsp  Schwartz ground ginger

– 3 garlic cloves

– ½ tsp Schwartz turmeric

– 1 tbsp vinegar

– 1 pkt Puul’s seafood mix

– 2 tsp vegetable oil

– 2 tsp curry

– 1 small onion, finely chopped

– 250ml coconut milk

– fresh coriander

Instructions

1) Heat the oil in a pan and add the curry and onion. Let the onions sweat until they are translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the spices and vinegar and fry for a few minutes.

2) Add all of the seafood and cook for few minutes.

3) Stir in the coconut milk and heat through. Let it simmer.

4) Once thickened, turn off the heat. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander.

5) Serve on a bed of rice or with naan bread
