Battered VIČI crab sticks

  • 300 g of VIČI classic crab sticks
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g flour
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Separate egg yolks from egg whites.

Mix the yolks, milk, flour and spices in a small bowl.

Pour the egg whites into the mix.

Dip each crab stick in the batter and fry in well‒heated oil. Fry on both sides.

Can be served both warm and cold.
