100g salad greens of your choice
1 avocado
¼ lemon juice
handful of cherry tomatoes
handful of Edamame beans
10 pcs. of Surimi shrimps
1tsp. of honey
1tsp. of whole grain mustard

STEP 1. Prepare the sauce – mix the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and honey. Add salt and pepper, and mix everything well.
STEP 2. Fry the edamame beans on a pan for few minutes.
STEP 3. Put shredded salad leaves, avocado (sprinkle it with some lemon juice), sliced tomatoes, Edamame beans and Surimi shrimps in a bowl. Pour over the sauce, serve and enjoy!
