- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp paprika

- Fresh black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh dill to finish

1. Prepare the Seafood Mix
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, paprika, dried basil, and black pepper.
- Add the seafood mix and combine well.
- Pour in the lemon juice and let it simmer gently.
- Finish with fresh dill.
2. Roast the Vegetables & Fries
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place broccoli, carrots, brussels sprouts, and black pepper fries on a baking tray.
- Roast until golden and cooked through.
