Ingredients
  • 400g Puuls Pink Shrimps
  • 1 cup Darta Frozen Bell Peppers

  • 1 cup Darta Frozen Peas

  • Olive oil, for cooking

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups Arborio rice

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • ¼ tsp saffron

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  1. Sauté the Base: In a large pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil. Add the onion and garlic, cooking gently until fragrant and soft.

  2. Cook the Rice: Stir in the chicken broth, Arborio rice, paprika, pepper, and saffron. Let it simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the rice is almost cooked.

  3. Add the Colour & Flavour: Stir in Darta Frozen Bell Peppers, Darta Frozen Peas, lemon juice, and Puuls Pink Shrimps.

  4. Finish & Serve: Let everything cook together for a few more minutes until the shrimp are pink and the rice is tender. Serve warm and enjoy every vibrant spoonful!
