Method
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Add the orzo, spinach, crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes, Beyond Sausages and vegetable stock to an ovenproof baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  4. Stir through the fresh spinach until wilted.
